My UFS device is not accepting the HWK Suite. Can you help?

Firstly, I suggest you uninstall and then reinstall HWK Suite. If it doesn't help, right-click the Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the UFS device and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager:

If it doesn't help, use [email protected] email address to get in touch with the support team.
You need to update the application to support newer models that you attach to computer or use. You can obtain the latest version from the official website. A download manager is recommended because the software is splitted into multiple parts.
Since there is no driver for Windows 7, you have two ways to make this work:
If you use 32bit operating system, use the Device Manager and add the driver manually by using Update Driver.
If you use 64bit operating system, right click the installer and use Troubleshoot compatibility and then run the installer. A computer restart is also recommended.
Once you do this, you will have a working UFS driver installed but there is another problem. The main application is known to have problems with both Intel and AMD CPU, more precisely, I5 and EPU from Intel and AMD.
